The Gracey Cartridge Case Trimmer and Gracey Outside Neck Shaver both use Doyle's patented method of registering off the shoulder of the case which brings identical dimensions each time. As unique as it is easy to use. Operation of the Gracey Cartridge Case Trimmer is based on a simple patented principle of registering on the shoulder of the resized cartridge case. You will be trimming within .002 for each cartridge uniform trimming and peace of mind. The Gracey Trimmer is a great time saver for it trims, chamfers, and deburs in a single operation. It is possible to trim as many as 300 cases an hour. A ball burnished ballistic aluminum casting houses the trimmer’s main parts; the cutters, case holder, bearing, and shaft. Two high carbon steel oil-hardened cutters mounted in the face of the rotating shaft form the heart of the Gracey Cartridge Case Trimmer. They trim to the proper length at a perfect 90° angle to the axis of the case. In operation, one cutter trims the cartridge case to length and puts a chamfer on the inside of the case mouth. Simultaneously, the second cutter removes the burr from the outside of the mouth as it is created. A 1/15 hp motor externally grounded to a steel frame turns counterclockwise at 1550 rpm.
Because of the need for extreme accuracy each cartridge MUST have its' own case holder.

The Gracey Precision Power 50 Caliber Case Trimmer utilizes the same robust precision machined aluminum body as all other Gracey products. The only requirement was to open up the case holder pedestal to a one inch sixteen thread. The original casting was more than strong enough to handle this cartridge case and allows a case holder which accommodates a 50 caliber case to be engaged with a larger set of cutters, thus enabling the 50 caliber shooters to trim their brass with the same speed and accuracy as the other hand loaders who own and use the Gracey Cartridge Case Trimmer.

The Gracey Power Outside Neck Shaver has now made the previously tedious task of neck turning obsolete, by using a cylindrical cutter to shave cartridge cases. It makes the preparing of cartridge cases fast, simple and routine. It comes fully assembled and ready to go to work. The Neck Shaver employs the patented index on the cartridge case shoulder principle that is fundamental in the other Gracey products. By inserting a cartridge case into a cartridge case holder until the case shoulder contacts the bottom of the holder, very accurate and highly repeatable results will be obtained. The heart of the Gracey Power Neck Shaver is the patented cutter head which houses three adjustable cutters and a mandrel matching the inside diameter of the case neck to be shaved. The amount of material removed from the outside of the cartridge case neck and ultimately the neck wall, is controlled by adjusting the cutter in or out of the cutter head. The cylindrical cutter produces a radius at the root of the cartridge neck making a nice, even flow into the shoulder.

The new Gracey Power Primer Pocket Reamer will make the preparation of the primer pockets of staked cases fast, simple and routine. It is designed to remove the displaced metal from crimped cases and uniform the primer pocket. The heart of the Gracey Primer Pocket Reamer is the innovative double-ended high speed tool steel cutter which will enable the user to ream small or large rifle primer pockets with equal ease. It is held into the shaft with a single set screw which makes an easy change-over from large to small primer pockets and back again. The Primer Pocket Reamer will, of course, uniform all rifle primer pockets.

Efficiency and safety in reloading are enhanced by using the deceptively simple Gracey Primer Pocket Cleaner, a tool which allows you to clean - in a second or less- primer pockets and flash holes of residue, all without enlarging or scoring them. The Gracey Primer Pocket Cleaner consists of a well-designed copper brush assembly that is driven by a 1/30 hp electric motor turning at 1550 rpm. Why copper brushes? As you know, copper is softer than brass, which means the primer pocket won't be enlarged or scored.
Available for small and large cases, the copper elements of the brush are solidly anchored in a steel cup by a resin of tremendous strength. The copper brush elements are offset .007 inch from center to produce a scrubbing action in the primer pocket.
