Telephone Orders
When placing a phone order be sure to have your Customer Number, Item Numbers and Credit Card Information (Discover, MasterCard, VISA, or American Express) ready. The 800# is for Orders only - All other inquiries use 605-996-9984. Fill out the order form completely before you call. Item numbers and descriptions are most important. Some items require that we know the cartridge, action model, size, color, gauge, diameter, etc. Include all details and information we may need. Again, please use item numbers and the description so we can insure the correct item is shipped as quickly as possible.

Mail Orders
Please fill out the order form completely. Orders lacking information may cause delays. To avoid mistakes and delays please include your daytime and nighttime telephone numbers in case we have a question. Method of Payment - Discover, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, money orders, or personal checks.  No C.O.D. orders. Personal checks will have to clear prior to shipment - allow 7 business days. A $15.00 "NSF" returned check fee will be assessed to any such account. No further transactions with such account will transpire until after all debt is satisfied.

Special Orders
Any order in excess of quantities listed in the catalog must be prepaid with No Refund & No Cancellation.

Back Orders
No Back Orders on products that are out of stock due to the manufacturers inability to supply same. We try to avoid back orders from occurring by having adequate inventory on hand at all times. If we do not expect to have an item available within 21 days, we will not back order the item unless specifically requested by the customer. 

Orders for Pickup
Orders may be picked up at our Mitchell, South Dakota location. Please call your order in advance.

Shipping Information
While it is our goal to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends, occasional delays are unavoidable. Normally you should allow 7 to 10 business days for regular UPS delivery. We will ship your order by the most economical rates that apply, be it ground or 100 weight. We ship UPS ground service whenever possible. Please provide your complete street address as they do not deliver to a P.O. Box number. Shipping to a Business/Commercial address will expedite the receipt of your order. Hazardous materials and Loaded Ammunition are shipped by ground only - No Powder, Primers or Loaded Ammunition shipped by air.  3 Day Select is available for the 48 Contiguous States only. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select are available upon request. Again Powder, Primers and Loaded Ammunition cannot be shipped by air and cannot be shipped outside of the 48 Contiguous States. 

Shipping Requirements for Hazardous Material
UPS charges a $20.00 Hazardous Material fee for powder and primers only. "Haz Mat" Fee not required for primed hulls and loaded ammunition. Maximum total weight for powder approximately 25 LB. Check with Customer Service for details. No "HAZ MAT" shipments outside of the 48 Contiguous States.

Sales Tax
South Dakota residents must pay the applicable sales tax on the total order including shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions
Products Damaged In Shipment
1. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-605-996-9984.
2. Save all shipping containers and documents. UPS will need to make a damage inspection of all damaged containers.
3. Have your Customer Number and Invoice Number ready.
To Return Products Not Damaged In Shipment
1. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-605-996-9984 for a return authorization number.
No merchandise will be accepted without prior approval.
2. Have your Customer Number and Invoice Number ready.
3. No return will be accepted unless the product is in the original unmarked container in salable condition.
4. Enclose a copy of the invoice in the package.
5. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
6. No return will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D.
7. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. No Exceptions.

To Return Incorrect Merchandise
1. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-605-996-9984.
2. Have your Customer Number, Invoice Number, Product Code and description of incorrect product and any pertinent information for the Customer Service Representative.

Warranties on Merchandise
Products not manufactured by Precision Reloading, LLC of South Dakota are warranted by the manufacturer. Call the Manufacturer if you have questions on use or care for the product. Neither Precision Reloading of South Dakota LLC or the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse of merchandise. If you call or write in regard to defective merchandise, you must provide the Customer Service Representative with the Invoice Number and your Customer Number.
