Shipping InformationWhile it is our goal to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of your order, Monday thru Friday, occasional delays are unavoidable. Normally, you should allow 7 to 10 business days for regular ground delivery. We ship UPS ground, FedEx, USPS or SpeeDee (depending on location). Expedited delivery is available upon request. Please provide your complete street address as FedEx, UPS, and SpeeDee do not deliver to a Post Office Box. Hazardous materials, loaded ammunition, aerosols, solvents, and flammable liquids are shipped by ground service only. We reserve the right to change the carrier. Precision Reloading, LLC offers some items that may be restricted by federal, state, or local laws. Please check the laws affecting your potential order before contacting us to be certain you are not violating a statute. Under Federal Law 18 U.S.C. 922 (D) (1)-(9) persons with a legal disability are also restricted from purchasing certain products. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase ammunition, reloading products, powder, and knives. International OrdersWe are able to ship items to select countries, however we are unable to ship ammunition components outside of the USA. These items include but are not limited to: brass, bullets, gun parts, knives, hazmat materials, solvents, aerosols, shotgun hulls, wads, or any fillers. When checking out online, you will not be able to provide your card details at that time. First, we will measure the package to find it's accurate weight and dimensions. Afterwards, we will email you an updated invoice with a grand total. We accept every major card provider, however we do not accept any online payment apps such as Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle. Shipping Requirements for Hazardous MaterialsA Hazmat fee per shipping box will be applied to all powder and primer shipments. UPS & SpeeDee charge a hazmat fee of $27.12 and FedEx charges $29. You choose the carrier at checkout. UPS and SpeeDee do not require a signature for deliver, however FedEx requires an adult signature for delivery. ID may be required at delivery for proof of age. In the event that the package is not delivered after 3 attempts or refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all associated return shipping charges including hazmat fee. Hazardous materials cannot be returned. Due to the complicated regulations of shipping powders and primers, you will be contacted by phone or email if your order exceeds more than one hazmat fee to confirm you still want to continue with the order. These rates apply to the 50 U.S. States only. Purchase RestrictionsWhen purchasing any of our products, you accept full responsibility to follow and comply with all applicable regulations. You likewise confirm that you have read the aforementioned, are at least 21 years of age, and have no legal disability that would preclude you from making a purchase of restricted items. Precision Reloading may require information from you prior to shipping certain firearm related items including but not limited to: knives, brass, bullets, hazmat material, primed hulls and loaded ammunition. Massachusetts residents must submit a picture of their LTC (License to Carry) card, driver's license/state ID card, and a signed and dated "Right to Purchase Form". Illinois residents must submit a picture of their FOID (Firearm Owner's ID) card and driver's license/state ID card. California residents must submit an FFL for ammunition purchases from the company or individual they wish to ship to. We are unable to ship restricted items to the five boroughs of New York City as well as Washington D.C. We cannot ship .50 BMG ammunition to the State of Illinois. Ammunition Shipments You must be 21 years or older to order ammunition. Ammunition can only be shipped to the lower 48 states. Alaska: No Ammo Sales Connecticut: To process your order, we require a copy of your Pistol Permit and driver's license/state ID, or we will need to ship directly to an FFL. Orders for PickupOrders may be picked up at our Mitchell, South Dakota location. Your order can be ready and waiting if you call your order in advance. When checking out online, you can select "In-Store Pickup" as your shipping option. Special OrdersAll special orders must be prepaid. No refunds or cancellations. Sales TaxSales Tax applies to applicable states. Tax will show in checkout if we currently have to collect in your state. Current taxable states: GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MI, MN, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, SD, UT, VA, WI, WV, WY. Return/Exchange InstructionsNo merchandise will be accepted without prior approval. No return will be accepted unless the product is in the original unopened packaging in good condition. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-223-0900 for us to arrange a return. Please have your order number ready. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all applicable returns/exchanges. All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. Enclose a copy of the invoice in the package. Save all shipping containers and documents on damaged packages. During the course of an investigation, the shipping carrier may need to inspect the shipping package and internal materials.
